3. Orders and Agreements
Before commencing a project, Devtechgen Digital may provide a quotation, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
The agreed scope of work will determine the services and deliverables to be provided.
Any work or features requested outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
4. Payment
Clients are responsible for making payments according to the payment terms communicated or agreed upon for the relevant service.
Depending on the project, Devtechgen Digital may require full payment, an initial deposit, or milestone payments before or during the project.
Payments must be made through the payment channels provided or approved by Devtechgen Digital.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, materials, credentials, approvals, and other resources reasonably required to deliver the agreed service.
Delays resulting from the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals may affect the project delivery timeline.
6. Delivery
Devtechgen Digital will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery dates may change where there are delays caused by the client, third-party providers, technical issues, changes to the project scope, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Revisions and Changes
Where revisions are included in a service, they will be limited to the scope and number agreed upon with the client.
Requests for additional features, major changes, or work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
8. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting, software licenses, APIs, plugins, payment processors, or other external platforms.
Third-party costs may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Devtechgen Digital is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, price changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final custom deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.
Devtechgen Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates, processes, methodologies, and other materials developed independently of the client’s project.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
10. Digital Marketing and SEO
Digital marketing and SEO results may be affected by factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, and customer behaviour.
Devtechgen Digital does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use services provided by Devtechgen Digital for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activities.
Devtechgen Digital reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a project violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
12. Confidentiality
Devtechgen Digital will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided by clients and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information to unauthorized parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, or protect our legitimate interests.
13. Cancellation
A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting Devtechgen Digital.
Any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the amount of work already completed.
14. Limitation of Liability
Devtechgen Digital will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.
However, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, hosting outages, platform changes, cyber incidents, or client-side errors.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
Devtechgen Digital may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
